The next task is to assemble the head components onto the main shaft. Some
things to note here are that the jesus bolt (the bolt that you use to secure
the head to the main shaft) goes through the shaft and into a nyloc nut.
The nyloc nut will initially be very stiff and difficult to screw into.
If you just try to locate the nut in the plastic recess in the rotor hub
and then screw it together the nut will spin in the plastic recess. To
avoidthis just screw the nut all the way down the bolt before you try to
fit it through the main shaft, this will loosen it up.
Aside from this minor point this step is easy. |
